    Exchange and Returns Policy:

    You will need to contact us within 7 days if you wish to exchange a product.  Email or by phone are accepted methods of contact.  Please refer to the contact us page.  If exchanging, please provide proof of purchase.  Goods must be returned in original condition, items will not be able to be exchanged if they have been opened, used or worn.  The Bush Fairy is able to offer replacements or refunds for faulty products.  In the case of a faulty product, proof of purchase will be required in order for us to refer to the manufacturer/supplier to consider the course of action to be taken.  We will endeavour to reach a conclusion as quickly as possible.

    Postage Costs

    We will obtain a price for postage before sending and advise you.  Please remember that we are outside the next day delivery are for express post with Australia Post but it is still the best way for goods to be sent as we then have a tracking no. 

    Can you see a picture of a different costume?

    We only have a selection of photos of costumes on line, however if you wish to see a different one please contact us and we will email a  photo to you as soon as possible. 

    Can I book a party on line?

    If you wish to book a birthday party please telephone or email the date and time that you require and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm if the time/date is available.

    When & where can you get balloons delivered to?

    If you would like a balloon delivery please phone or email us with the details of where and when you need it to be there.  

    If you require balloons on a Sunday please phone to check with us as we will normally be able to do them and just arrange a convenient time for collection/delivery.
